Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Cvisioner ("we", "SELLER") and any individual or legal entity ("User", "BUYER") accessing or using the Cvisioner platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Parties and Scope
1.1. These Terms apply to all digital services provided through cvisioner.com, candidate.cvisioner.com, and partner.cvisioner.com.
1.2. The Platform serves two distinct user groups:
- Candidate (B2C): Individual users registered via
candidate.cvisioner.com. These users are consumers under applicable Turkish consumer protection law (Law No. 6502) and benefit from corresponding statutory rights. - Company/Partner (B2B): Corporate users registered via
partner.cvisioner.com. These users act for commercial purposes and are not subject to consumer protection legislation.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password).
2.2. All actions taken through your account are attributed to you. If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@cvisioner.com.
2.3. We are not liable for damages resulting from the sharing or negligent handling of your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to job searching, career development, and human resources processes.
3.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading another person's CV or personal data without their explicit consent
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content or data
- Presenting AI-generated outputs as independently verified facts to third parties, or commercially reselling such outputs
- Deliberately probing for security vulnerabilities or attempting to circumvent platform systems
- Impersonating another User or operating under a false identity
- Uploading illegal, misleading, or harmful content
3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this section without prior notice.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. The Platform offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4.2. Payments are processed via PayTR infrastructure using credit or debit cards. Card details are not stored by us; PayTR's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure is used.
4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To stop renewal, you must cancel before the period ends via the user panel or by contacting support@cvisioner.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Candidate / B2C Users Only)
Candidate users hold consumer status under Turkish law. At checkout, a separate explicit consent is collected regarding the withdrawal right exception under the Distance Sales Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ). For detailed information, refer to the Withdrawal Rights Notice.
B2B (Partner) users do not hold consumer status; withdrawal right provisions do not apply to them.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Platform's software, design, brand elements, and content are owned by Cvisioner and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
6.2. AI-generated analysis outputs are for the User's personal use. Users may not resell, commercially license, or publicly publish these outputs without attribution.
6.3. CV and resume content uploaded by the User remains the User's property. We process this content solely to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.
7.2. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:
- Career decisions made in reliance on AI analysis outputs
- Decisions related to third-party employers or job listings
- Unauthorized access resulting from the User's disclosure of credentials
7.3. Our maximum aggregate liability to any User for any single event is limited to the net subscription fee paid for the relevant billing period.
7.4. This limitation does not apply to mandatory statutory liability or rights held by consumers under applicable law.
8. Service Interruptions and Changes
8.1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; planned maintenance is announced in advance.
8.2. We reserve the right to modify Platform features, interface, or pricing with prior notice. Price changes do not affect the current subscription period; they take effect from the next renewal.
9. Account Termination
9.1. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to support@cvisioner.com.
9.2. Following a deletion request, personal data is removed in accordance with the retention periods set out in our KVKK Privacy Notice.
9.3. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of Users who seriously breach these Terms without prior notice, and to pursue legal remedies.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by Turkish law.
10.2. For Candidate (B2C) users: Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the User's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
10.3. For Partner (B2B) users: Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days before they take effect via platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
