Explicit Consent Form for Processing of Personal Data
Under Article 5/1 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the personal data processing activities described below are based on your explicit consent. This form is prepared to inform you before you give your consent.

1. AI-Powered CV Analysis
Data category: CV content (work experience, education, skills, certifications, photo)
Purpose of processing: Analysing the resume content you upload through the Google Gemini API to generate personalised career recommendations, CV scoring, and job matching results.
Transfer: For analysis purposes, your resume content is transmitted to the Google Gemini API (including internationally). This transfer is carried out under Google's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applicable to paid API usage; Google does not use this data to train its models.
Consequence of not consenting: If you do not give this consent, AI-powered analysis features cannot be used; basic platform access continues.
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request to support@cvisioner.com. Withdrawal of consent does not mean that processing carried out prior to withdrawal was unlawful.
2. Marketing and Information Communications
Data category: Email address, communication preferences
Purpose of processing: Sending commercial electronic messages regarding Cvisioner products and services, including promotions, campaigns, updates, and new features.
Channel: Email
Consequence of not consenting: If you do not give this consent, only transactional notifications essential to the service relationship (payment confirmation, password reset, etc.) will be sent; no marketing messages will be sent.
Withdrawal of consent: May be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by written notification to support@cvisioner.com.
3. Declaration of Consent
By ticking the relevant checkbox in the registration or purchase flow, you are deemed to have declared that:
- You give your consent of your own free will to the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated above,
- You have read and understood the KVKK Privacy Notice,
- You are aware that you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Note: This form covers only processing activities based on consent. Processing activities based on other legal grounds — such as performance of a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest — may continue independently of your consent.
