Right of Withdrawal Notice
1. General Rule
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ("TKHK") and the Distance Sales Regulation ("Regulation"), a consumer has the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the agreement is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
2. Exception — Cvisioner Services
Under Regulation Article 15/1-(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic environment or agreements for the immediate delivery of intangible goods to the consumer, provided that the consumer has given explicit consent to commencement of performance and has been informed in advance that they will lose the right of withdrawal.
Subscription plans purchased through Cvisioner fall within this scope, as the following services are activated on the BUYER's account immediately upon completion of payment:
- AI-powered CV analysis and reporting tools
- Digital CV creation tools and template access
- Career management dashboard and database query access
3. Explicit Consent Requirement
For the withdrawal right exception to be valid under Regulation Articles 7 and 15, the BUYER must — before the purchase flow is completed — accept the following via a separate consent mechanism (checkbox):
- That they explicitly request immediate commencement of the service's performance,
- That they are aware they will lose the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
This consent is collected separately and independently from the auto-renewal consent.
The purchase cannot be completed without this consent.
4. Subscription Cancellation
The non-applicability of the right of withdrawal does not prevent subscription cancellation. The BUYER may cancel their subscription at any time with effect from the next billing period.
- Duration: Cancellation is effective until the end of the current period; no renewal occurs and card charges stop once the period ends.
- Pro-rata refund: No refund is issued for the used portion of the period.
- Cancellation channels: User panel → "Subscription Settings" or written notification to
support@cvisioner.com.
5. Defective Service Rights
Independently of the right of withdrawal, if the service does not meet the committed specifications or is unavailable for technical reasons, the BUYER's statutory options under TKHK are reserved:
- Requesting re-performance of the service properly,
- Requesting a price reduction proportional to the defect.
To exercise these rights, contact support@cvisioner.com; the SELLER will evaluate the request within 7 business days.
