Cvisioner Preliminary Information Form

This form is prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the Distance Sales Regulation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ("TKHK"), to inform the BUYER before the purchase is completed.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Service

Cvisioner is a digital platform offering AI-powered CV analysis, personalised career recommendations, digital resume creation tools, and access to a career management dashboard.

3. Service Price

The total price of the service inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) is presented for the BUYER's approval on the payment page. The price may vary depending on the selected plan and applicable promotions; the amount shown on the payment page is binding.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.

4. Performance (Delivery) and Use

• Immediate performance: Upon successful completion of payment, the service is activated on the BUYER's user account immediately.
• Physical delivery: The service is digital in nature; no physical delivery or shipment is involved.
• Access: The BUYER accesses the service via a compatible device with internet access, using their username and password.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exception — CRITICAL CLAUSE

5.1. General rule: Under TKHK and the Distance Sales Regulation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of the date the agreement is concluded, without giving any reason.

5.2. Exception: Under Regulation Article 15/1-(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic environment, provided that the BUYER has explicitly requested commencement of performance and has been informed in advance that they will lose the right of withdrawal upon commencement.

5.3. Application at Cvisioner: Since the service is activated on the BUYER's account immediately upon payment, the BUYER is required to confirm — via a separate consent mechanism (checkbox) in the purchase flow — the following:

"I request that performance of the service commence immediately and I accept that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance."

The purchase cannot be completed without this consent.

5.4. The non-applicability of the right of withdrawal does not affect the BUYER's statutory options under TKHK in the event of a defective service (re-performance, price reduction).

6. Subscription Cancellation

The non-applicability of the right of withdrawal does not prevent subscription cancellation. The BUYER may cancel their subscription at any time with effect from the next period. Access to the service continues until the current period ends; no refund is issued for the used period.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The BUYER's personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Explicit consent is separately obtained for the processing of CV data for AI analysis purposes.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints regarding the service may be submitted to support@cvisioner.com; the SELLER commits to respond within 2 business days.

In the event of a dispute, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade:

1. District or Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees,
2. Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into Force

By confirming this form electronically before completing the payment, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms.
